It was my late mother who instilled in me a passion for cuisines. Despite having no prior culinary experience, she was an exceptional cook who picked up the skill after getting married. My desire to learn how to cook stemmed from missing my mother's cooking when I first started working in Delhi. Time flew by as I travelled overseas for business and pleasure and the monotonous daily grind of corporate life brought me closer to delicacies and cooking.
